Early-stage fundraising often starts before a company has a finance team, legal ops, or a polished investor process.
It starts with a few believers.
A founder shares the round with friends and family, a few angels, operators in the network, maybe a small founder community. Interest builds quickly, but the process behind it is often held together by spreadsheets, forwarded PDFs, and constant follow-ups.
That is why we are launching FounderLink.
FounderLink is a new product from Auptimate built for startup founders raising early capital through a SAFE. It gives companies a professional way to manage those first investors, track progress on the portal, and build cleaner foundations for the rounds ahead.
It is currently in beta and available on an invite-only basis.
Built for the earliest money in the company
The first cheque matters more than it seems.
It sets the standard for how your round is documented, how investor information is tracked, and how much cleanup you may need later. For founders raising from many small investors, that complexity shows up fast.
FounderLink is designed for that exact stage.
Instead of relying on handshake deals or generic templates, founders can use a SAFE-based workflow supported by Auptimate’s infrastructure. The product helps companies define the commercial terms of the round clearly, track investor actions in real time, and keep the process more organized from day one.
The goal is not to make early fundraising heavier. It is to make it cleaner.
What FounderLink does
FounderLink gives founders a structured way to raise early capital without adding unnecessary cost or complexity.
You can raise initial investments through a SAFE, manage investor participation through the portal, and keep visibility over where every investor stands in the process. That means less guesswork, less chasing, and fewer surprises later.
It also helps founders maintain stronger cap table hygiene at a stage where fragmentation often starts. For companies raising from 20, 50, or even 200 smaller investors over time, that matters.
FounderLink is especially relevant for founders across Southeast Asia, India, MENA, and Europe, where angel rounds often come together through highly networked investor bases and rolling closes.
Why we built it now
Founders today are expected to look more institutional earlier.
Even at the first-cheque stage, investors and later-stage funds care about whether the company handled its early capital properly. Clean documentation, verified investor records, and transparent tracking create confidence. Messy early rounds create friction.
FounderLink is our answer to that problem.
It gives founders a more professional starting point, while staying accessible enough for the earliest stage of company building.
And importantly, it starts for free.
A clear path forward as the round grows
FounderLink is not meant to be a disconnected tool for one moment in the journey.
It is the first layer.
As a company grows and reaches the point where early SAFE investors should be consolidated into a cleaner structure, the natural progression is FounderSPV. That allows founders to move from early individual SAFE participation toward a more scalable cap table setup when the round matures.
So the path is simple:
- Start with FounderLink to raise the first money properly.
- Move to FounderSPV when consolidation and cap table efficiency start to matter more.
That way, founders do not need to overbuild too early, but they also do not need to start over later.
Beta release, invite-only access
FounderLink is live, but still in beta.
We are intentionally rolling it out on an invite-only basis so we can work closely with early users, test the workflow in real fundraising environments, and keep refining the product based on actual founder behavior.
This release moved from idea to live in just 10 working days. Now the focus is on quality, feedback, and fit.

The first cheque deserves better infrastructure
FounderLink is built for one of the most important and most overlooked moments in company building: the stage where belief turns into the first real capital.
With SAFE-based fundraising, real-time investor tracking, stronger documentation, and a future path into FounderSPV, it gives founders a cleaner way to raise early money without unnecessary friction.
FounderLink is currently invite-only. If you are raising your first cheque and want a more professional foundation from day one, request access to join the beta.
