The partnership enables fund managers, family offices and syndicate leads to launch and manage private credit deals with greater speed, flexibility and transparency. It brings together Auptimate’s fully digital SPV setup with Percent’s end-to-end platform for sourcing, structuring, syndicating and servicing private credit transactions.
