Who are the typical users of the Angel Syndicate?

Angel Syndicates are usually set up by Syndicate Networks, Angel Groups, and Fund Managers.

Can I as a Syndicate Lead charge an annual management fee to my investors?

Since Angel Syndicates are unregulated, Syndicate Leads cannot charge an annual management fee but can charge a one-time opportunity fee and a carry/profit share.

How long does it take to set up an Angel Syndicate SPV?

An Angel Syndicate SPV can be set up in under 48 hours once you submit your SPV details on our Portal and pay the initial invoice.

Why should I choose Auptimate over other solutions or platforms?

What currencies does the Angel Syndicate support?

We support all major currencies, including USD (US Dollars), EUR (Euros), GBP (British Pounds), and SGD (Singapore Dollars).

How does Comet differ from the Angel SPV?

Comet is a low-cost SPV designed for syndicates handling deals under $100K, while Angel SPV is Auptimate’s standard SPV offering for larger deals.

Can I customise the carry fee?

The carry on Comet SPV cannot be customised per investor.

Can the Investor be an entity or an individual?

Currently, Comet is open to investment from individual investors.

What happens to the Comet SPV after 5 years, and what will the fees be?

After the 5th year, Auptimate can continue to provide services to the Comet SVP for a compliance fee of US$ 750 per year.
